Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MythicBinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

MythicBinder is a collectible card inventory management tool offered as a free and paid subscription service. Features include collection tracking, card scanning, batch import, sharing, trading, export, and live pricing. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts. MythicBinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for any unlawful purpose.

4. User Content & Uploads

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including card images and collection data. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload such content.
• The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• The content does not contain illegal, harmful, obscene, or objectionable material.

MythicBinder reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice. All file uploads are logged with identifying information (user identity, IP address, timestamps, and file fingerprints) for security and compliance purposes. These audit records are retained for a minimum of one year.

5. Intellectual Property

Your collection data and uploaded images belong to you. The MythicBinder platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of its operator. Card names, images, and game data are the property of their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, etc.) and are used under fair use for collection management purposes.

6. No Guarantee of Data Preservation

MythicBinder makes no guarantees regarding the preservation, backup, or availability of your data. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain data integrity, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. The Service provides export functionality (CSV, deck lists) for this purpose. MythicBinder shall not be liable for any loss of data, regardless of cause.

7. Service Availability

MythicBinder does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, interruption, or loss resulting from service changes or outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MythicBinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are managed through your profile. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. MythicBinder reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Account Termination

MythicBinder reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or uploading prohibited content. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
